Many self-help worksheets found online are aimed at counsellors to use directly with their patients - they look uninspiring and daunting, overrun with jargon and often leaving out vital information on how to use these effectively by yourself! But here on Finding Hoppiness, our worksheets are aimed directly at you, not at therapists. They have been broken down into relatable, step-by-step, engaging, and easy to understand methods to help you on your path to mental wellness.
