Emergency Support (United Kingdom)
If you're feeling worried about your mental health, it's important to reach out to your GP for support as soon as possible. If you're having thoughts of ending your life, please don't hesitate to call 999 (UK) or go to your nearest A&E. You can ask for the crisis resolution team, who are specially trained to help people in moments of extreme distress.
You don't have to go through this alone – there is help available from people who care.
