What Makes Our Content and Worksheets Trustworthy?
I'm currently pursuing an accredited Level 3 Counselling Skills Diploma. While this doesn’t qualify me as a counsellor, it’s given me valuable tools to guide this website. The main mission of Finding Hoppiness is to help people, and doing so ethically is important! All information on Finding Hoppiness, as well as the free resources provided, are steeped in deep research and proven methods backed by qualified counsellors and therapists. On each page, you'll find the sources cited.
As someone with personal experience with various mental illnesses, whether something experienced myself, or through a loved one, all resources have been created with you in mind. Many worksheets found online are aimed at counsellors to use directly with their patients - they look uninspiring and daunting, often leaving out vital information on how to use these effectively by yourself!
But here on Finding Hoppiness, our worksheets are aimed directly at you, not at therapists. They have been broken down into relatable, step-by-step and easy to understand methods to help you on your path to mental wellness.
Thanks for being here and joining us on this journey. Whether you’re here for mental health tips, relatable stories, or simply to find a little hoppiness, I'm really glad you’ve stopped by.
