Sometimes sadness comes, 

and that's ok,

there's not always clues to the feeling...

It should feel good,

to just wish it away,

do anything,

all except dealing...

But the deeper you push it,

ignoring away,

that darkness squashed down

in your soul...

You forget that the dark

needs care and light too

and it's never too late

to feel whole.

Sometimes sadness comes, 

and that's ok,

there's not always clues to the feeling...

It should feel good,

to just wish it away,

do anything,

all except dealing...
